Tim Swango is responsible for T-System's people and culture, legal, real estate and all other administrative functions. He partners with senior business leaders on the planning, development and delivery of the company's strategic objectives ensuring optimum outcomes. Tim is responsible for ensuring all processes, practices and procedures are effectively designed along with creating an environment that helps to attract, motivate, develop and retain the very best talent.
Tim joined T-System from the real estate industry, where he led the human resources and information systems departments at Trammell Crow Residential. Prior to that role, Tim spent nearly 10 years at an American Airlines division in functions ranging from finance to field human resources and labor relations. Tim received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance with a real estate specialization from Texas Tech University, and he serves as a member of various industry and trade-related organizations and groups.
