T-System Offers Disaster Relief T Sheets Free of Charge to Hospitals Impacted by Hurricane Harvey
Emergency care documentation templates available for Texas, Louisiana and Florida hospitals
DALLAS – August. 29, 2017 - PR WEB – As hospitals in southeast Texas and the Gulf Coast areas of Louisiana and Florida continue to deal with the effects of Hurricane Harvey, T-System, Inc. is making its T Sheets® episodic care documentation solution available free of charge to all hospitals and freestanding emergency departments (EDs) in Texas, Louisiana and Florida. All hospitals and freestanding EDs, whether T-System clients or not, can access the T Sheets by contacting T-System at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Disaster Relief T Sheets are available as a pack containing sheets for adult medicine, adult trauma, pediatric medicine and trauma, and nursing documentation. The paper-based solution will help hospitals in the hardest hit areas with limited resources to continue providing care to community residents. By giving the solution to affected hospitals, healthcare organizations are better able to send physicians and nurses to help in hurricane-impacted areas.
“Many hospitals and emergency departments in the hardest hit areas of southeast Texas and Louisiana are still providing care as best they can with limited resources, often with limited or no electricity or internet. By delivering the paper solution at no cost, we are helping provide a basic need to the hospitals,” said Roger Davis, president and CEO of T-System. “We are grateful to the courageous and committed clinicians and hospital staff who continue to serve their communities, even as many of their own families and friends cope with loss. We will continue to keep the entire Gulf Coast region in our thoughts and prayers as we take the actions we can to help.”
Hospitals that use the T-System EVTM emergency department information system (EDIS) automatically receive T Sheets as a backup for disaster relief and unexpected health crises.
